Take the Stage at 3rd Forum!
The Global Human Rights Conference is opening a competition for a guest panelists who would like to present their projects at the 2017 edition of the forum. This call is open to all studying/working in the domain of human rights.
We decided to follow our intuition and support anyone interested in unleashing their inner speaker at this year’s forum. No matter what industry you’re in, you have a chance to present your project or organization on a topic relevant to the general topic of the conference. Being a guest speaker at a conference can be a great opportunity for anyone to promote their work, and their personal brand. Although it requires a little bit of effort and public speaking skills, it is a one-time opportunity to gain exposure. Most importantly, holding a panel at the Global Human Rights Forum is the most efficient way to become an influencer, gain more followers, establish new connections and supersize your network.
What topics can be applied with?
It is possible to apply with any topic in the field of human rights. It can be academic paper, a research, activist project, the presentation about some human rights issues in your country and similar. The topics can be related with existing panels (E.g. a research about sex work in your country) or completely different and original..
How many participants will be selected to present?
It depends on the number and quality of the submitted papers and also on the topic. In previous years, it happened that a few participants got the opportunity to present at the conference - independently at the Participants' Panel, or within the existing panels as one of the panelists if the topic fits into the structure.
